Getting help
I don’t know whom to ask. Where do I start?
Start with the Student’s Orientation and Support Office. It is the first point of contact for students who come to, call or write to the Dean of Students. Write to [email protected].
When can I meet the Dean of Students?
Office hours for students are 10:00–15:30. You can write to the Dean, Dr. Irma Gjana, at [email protected].
How do I book a consultation?
You can drop by the office during the listed working hours, send an email, or reach out by phone. Walk-ins are welcome; for longer conversations we recommend scheduling ahead.
I am an international student. Who can help me?
The International Students Office offers personalised advising, orientation programmes and support with cultural integration. Write to [email protected].
Well-being and safety
Is psycho-social support confidential?
All meetings are confidential and free of charge.

Which number do I call in an emergency?
Call 112. For the fire department call 128, and for the police 129. Every number is on the Emergency numbers page.
Student life
How can I start or join a student club?
The Students Clubs Coordination Office supports students who want to organise and run student clubs in academic, social, cultural, artistic and sports fields. Write to [email protected] or browse the Student clubs page.
How can I reach the Student Council?
Every study programme has representatives on the Student Council. Their names and emails, and the council’s official contact, are on the Student Council page.
Scholarships and careers
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, we offer many scholarships depending on your grades.
The Scholarships Office follows the whole scholarship process, from the application to the decision. Write to [email protected].
Can I get help with career planning?
Yes. The Career Planning Office offers individual and group counselling meetings for students who need support in planning their career. Write to [email protected].
