Students had the opportunity to talk to Mr. Erald Hysa, Director of Human Resources and Property at Vodafone, who shared his 15-year professional journey, emphasizing that success is built step by step and requires perseverance, communication skills and adaptability.
Meanwhile, Ms. Fatma Ibrahimi and Ms. Deborah Hatellari from the Talent Acquisition team guided students with practical advice on preparing a strong CV, preparing for job interviews and how to confidently enter the job market.
