The Debate Club "Agree to Disagree" at Western Balkans University organized an open lecture today featuring the President of the Albanian MMA Federation, Mr. Arjan Rizaj.
This lecture, titled "Self-Defense and Awareness Against Violence," was held as part of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women.
During the lecture, Mr. Rizaj discussed and demonstrated various self-defense scenarios in cases of violence, raised awareness about violence against women, and provided practical advice and techniques for personal safety.
