As part of the course “Green Economics”, developed by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Fatbardha Kadiu, in collaboration with the Career Planning Office headed by Ms. Ornela Mujo at WBU, students of the Economics and Data Science program (FoETI) conducted a study visit to the EDIPACK company, one of the leaders in the Albanian market in the field of sustainable economics.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to closely observe the production processes within a green business model, following the transformation of recycled paper into usable and sustainable products.
They were welcomed by Mr. Bardhyl Baltëza, founder of the company and President of the Recycling Economy Association in Albania, who shared the success story, challenges and achievements of EDIPACK.
Also, the General Director, Mr. Arzi Zeqiraj, presented the entire production cycle, from recycled raw material to the finished product.
